PROBLEM

STATEMENT

BABR, a company offering business insolvency and cashflow solutions, needed an automated system to track the results of their organic marketing efforts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics 4, and Capsule CRM. They were previously doing it manually and it was taking 1 full working day for 3 employees to generate the reports across various marketing channels. They asked Data Prism for a cost-effective solution to get this information updated regularly and analyze the results for improving their marketing efforts.

SOLUTION

We used the connectors (in Make) for all of their marketing platforms to gather the required stats and metrics. The collected information was then stored in Google Sheets for analysis. The data in these sheets is updated daily as the Make Scenario extracts the information and updates it into the appropriate sheet.
