LiveChat and Google Sheets Integration
Get LiveChat marketing data in Google Sheets through Zapier

PROBLEM
STATEMENT
The client needed to analyze the performance of their LiveChat campaigns and it was becoming extremely hard for them to gather the information manually. They had a centralized system for analyzing all their marketing efforts and wanted to integrate LiveChat data into it. They asked Data Prism for an automated solution to collect the data to improve their advertising efforts.
SOLUTION
We used the LiveChat connector on Zapier to gather the data about all the concluded chats on LiveChat. The extracted information was then stored in different Google sheets for analysis. The specified Zapier Scenario tracks the changes and appends the updated data into the appropriate sheet. The metrics we retrieve include:
- Lead Details (Date, Name, Email, Status, Solution Type, and Referral)
- Chat Count (Date and Count)
