ClickUp and Google Calendar Integration
Setup meetings on Google Calendar from ClickUp notifications through Make

PROBLEM
STATEMENT
The client needed an automation to setup Google meetings with its potential customers when they reach a certain stage in their communication cycle. The trigger was being generated in ClickUp and the link of the meeting has to be shared back into the management platform. It was also required to share the meeting link with the potential customer through email.
SOLUTION
We created a webhook on Make to listen for the trigger to implement the desired functionality. Once the trigger was hit, the data of the particular customer was fetched from ClickUp to create a meeting on Google Calendar. After setting up the meeting, it’s link was stored in ClickUp for the client and sent to the potential customer through email. The client can then make any changes to the specifics (like attendees and time) of the meeting.
Input
A ClickUp account to listen for the changes in status of all the potential customers.
Output
A Google meeting link that was shared with the client and his potential customers.
