Automated Newsletter Emails
Send relevant emails to every subscriber to maximize customer satisfaction.
PROBLEM
STATEMENT
The client needed an automated system for sending customized newsletter emails to all the users based on the latest data for their subscriptions. The data was being generated at multiple platforms (website, social media platforms, etc.) and had to be filtered for achieving the desired results.
SOLUTION
We fetched the users’ data from an API and checked all the subscriptions of every user to create a filtered list. Once we had the list, we created a templated transactional email which was then used to send relevant newsletters to all the subscribers. This automation helped the client to save hours of manual labor as he didn’t need to search through long lists of users and subscriptions.
