PROBLEM
STATEMENT
Freestak, a marketplace for endurance influencers, wanted to integrate key insights coming from marketing campaigns with their associated influencers. Freestak required obtaining post data and engagement metrics of posts, stories and reels of Instagram influencers. Other than data retrieval, Freestak also required help with compliance and app review process of their Facebook app.
SOLUTION
In our work with Freestak, we helped them create a dashboard for campaign insights based on the data retrieved from Facebook Graph API. The dashboard provided comparison of insights such as likes, comments, views, impressions, shares etc. for different posts, influencers and campaigns. This allowed the partner brands such as Under Armor to decide what hashtags, influencers, campaigns were working the best for them. The retrieved data can be divided into the following categories:
- Personal Information (username, bio, followers, following)
- Posts (caption, hashtags, mention, time)
- Analytics (impressions, views, likes, shares, comments)
