PROBLEM
STATEMENT
BABR, a company offering business insolvency and cashflow solutions, needed an automated system to track the results of their organic marketing efforts on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics 4, and Capsule CRM. They were previously doing it manually and it was taking 1 full working day for 3 employees to generate the reports across various marketing channels. They asked Data Prism for a cost-effective solution to get this information updated regularly and analyze the results for improving their marketing efforts.
SOLUTION
We used the connectors (in Make) for all of their marketing platforms to gather the required stats and metrics. The collected information was then stored in Google Sheets for analysis. The data in these sheets is updated daily as the Make Scenario extracts the information and updates it into the appropriate sheet. The data that we collect is divided into the following categories (based on the platform):
For Facebook:
- Page Stats (Like Count, Review Count, Rating)
- Posts Data (Post Id, Post URL, Text, Time of Post, Number of Likes, and Number of Comments)
For LinkedIn:
- Page Stats (Desktop Views, Mobile View, Total Views)
- Posts Stats (Post ID, Post URL, Text, Time of Post, Total Impressions, Unique Impressions, Clicks, Percentage Engagement, Like Count, Comment Count, and Share Count)
- Time bound Share Stats (Start Time, End Time, Total Impressions, Unique Impressions, Clicks, Percentage Engagement, Like Count, Comment Count, and Share Count)
- Time bound Followers (Start Time, End Time, Organic Followers Gained, Sponsored Followers Gained)
For Google Analytics 4:
- Traffic Source (Date, Session Source, Number of Sessions, Sessions per user, Average Session Duration, Conversions, and Average Session Conversion Rate)
- GA4 Events (Date, Event Name, Total Users, Conversions, Event Count, Event per Session, and User Engagement Duration)
For Capsule CRM:
- Opportunity (ID, Type (Organization or Person), Owner, Value Amount, Duration Basis)
- Milestone (Name, Pipeline, Days, Last Open Milestone, Expected Close)
