By accessing or using thedataprism.com (the “Site”) or any services provided by Data Prism (“Data Prism,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and our services.

Data Prism is a consulting firm specialising in data and AI engagements. Our services include:

• Data engineering — pipeline design, integration, warehousing, automation, and scalable cloud architectures.
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning — model design, integration, prompt-engineering, and ongoing tuning.
• Web scraping — building and operating data-acquisition pipelines from public sources.
• API integration — connecting first-party and third-party systems through reliable, observable APIs.
• Automation — bots, workflows, and back-office tools that remove repetitive operational work.
• Strategic consulting — discovery calls, audits, and scoped proposals for data initiatives.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices for any paid engagement are set out in a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement). The terms of that agreement prevail over these Terms for the engagement's scope.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the materials on this Site for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works from the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from any software on the Site.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server.

This licence terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions, and we may terminate it at any time at our discretion.

The materials on this Site are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Data Prism makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of materials on the Site or otherwise relating to them or to any sites linked to this Site.

In no event shall Data Prism or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or other consequential or incidental damages) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if Data Prism or a Data Prism authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on the Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Data Prism does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. Data Prism may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By using this Site you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page whenever a material change is made.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

You and Data Prism irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan, to resolve any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — are and will remain the exclusive property of Data Prism and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Pakistan and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent of Data Prism.

You agree not to use the Site or our services to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or to encourage others to do so.
• Violate any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including on contact and consultation forms.
• Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, our infrastructure, or anyone else's use of it.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
